You can pay or renew your eligible policy+ online in just a few minutes.

What you need

If you are making a payment with a Visa or Mastercard debit card, which also has the eftpos logo, your payment will be processed through eftpos.
Update and renew
It’s a great time to check your policy so that you’re only paying for the cover you need including:
- Add or remove policy options*
- Adjust your excess*
- Change your policy details.*
Not all types of Apia policies can be updated and renewed online. Please review your renewal documents for payment options and/or contact us if you’re unable to do so online.
*If your payment is overdue, you will not be able to edit the renewal offer before paying.
We'll email your receipt and process the payment within 48 hours.

Pay a missed instalment
You may be able to pay your missed instalment for eligible policies~ online through your My Account portal.
If a monthly instalment is overdue we will let you know. We can cancel your policy by giving you at least 14 days advance notice, but if a monthly instalment is overdue by a month, we can cancel your policy without advance notice.
^You won’t be able to make a payment in this way if you have missed the window to make a one-off payment online, or if you have more than one unpaid instalment. If you’re in this scenario please contact us and we may be able to get your policy up to date.
You also won’t be able to make a manual payment if your policy has been cancelled or within five business days after a direct debit attempt. If the payment still doesn’t work after five business days , you may need to update your payment details.
