Protects your contents if you live in a multi-storey building against events like fire, theft and storms, and some of the things Body Corporate policies may not cover such as fixtures and fittings that you own. If you work less than 37 hours a week, you can save on your premium with the Work Less Pay Less® discount*.

Accidental breakage of fitted glass in furniture and unfixed hung mirrors

Prevention of access to your apartment due to certain incidents (refer to the PDS for details)
Contents motor burnout cover (up to $2000)
Contents away from your apartment stored in commercial storage facility (for example when you have downsized your living arrangements)
Food and medication spoilage if your refrigerator or freezer breaks down following an insured event (up to $750)
Legal liability (up to $20 million)
Contents in a locked cage inside your apartment building (sub-limits apply)
Contents permanently fixed to common areas, such as clotheslines (up to $2,000)
Replacement or recoding of locks if your apartment keys are stolen (up to $1,000)
Veterinary expenses for domestic dogs or cats after vehicle impact (up to $1,000)
