What is the Early Payout Benefit with Apia Funeral Insurance?
Once you’re over the age of 85, the Early Payment Benefit lets you either keep your cover and continue to pay premiums for it, or cash it in early to receive an immediate payout of 120% of your average funeral cover.
The Early Payout Benefit is available from the policy anniversary immediately after your 85th birthday. Please contact us if you’d like to exercise this benefit.
Exercising the Early Payout Benefit cancels your Funeral Benefit, and any Bonus Cover and Accidental Death Cover.
